Vera Marie | Destin Headboat Fishing on a 70-Foot Party Boat
The Vera Marie is a 70-foot walk-around party boat and one of the classic ways to go Destin headboat fishing. Run by Pelican Adventures from 580 Harbor Blvd on Destin Harbor, it sails daily into the Gulf for bottom fish, with everything you need included in the ticket.
The Boat
Built for the Gulf, the Vera Marie carries up to 65 anglers on party boat trips and has a spacious sun deck, an air-conditioned salon, full restrooms and overnight accommodations. All fishing gear is provided, and the crew is licensed and insured.
Trips and Prices
- Party boat (headboat) trips: 4 to 7 hours for up to 65 anglers. Six- to seven-hour trips are $89 per person in the off-season and $99 in summer; summer afternoon trips of 4 to 5 hours are $89. There are two departures a day in summer and one a day in the off-season.
- Shared charters: 6 hours for 8 to 25 passengers, $149 to $169 per person, a more relaxed alternative to the full headboat.
